You are fooling yourself! Not God.
While I was meditating on what God have for us all this morning, Holy Spirit gave me this topic to write and talk with you "You are fooling yourself! Not God." Luke 8 v. 17 says, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open."
When you think you can go seek for help from the mediums and all other Satan's associates believing that no-one sees you, remember that "you are fooling yourself, and not God." When you cheat on your spouse and you think no-one sees you, remember this that "you are only fooling yourself, but not God." When you, as a Pastor, Minister of the Word, or whatsoever position you might occupied in the household of God thought you can add one plus one to equal two so as to gain membership to your own advantage, and glory; remember "you are not fooling God but, yourself."
When you go out all the way to truncate someone's destiny because you want to have upper hand over such person and thinking that no-one would ever know you are the one behind that person's miserableness, be reminded that "you are fooling yourself and not God." When you decided to take a pound of flesh that was so brutal on that brother or sister; thereby denying him access to a better life or future in the process, let this word ring in your ears that "you are only fooling yourself, but not God."
The above quoted Bible passage says, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open."
Whatsoever that gives you the impression that you can will go scot-free, and that you can do all you are doing without any repercussion at a later date is just a mere fallacy. Why, in the first instance, do you think denying that person a deserved promotion or progress will make you a hero of some sort without recourse to the aftermath punishment? What gives you the impression that you can hide under one finger without being discovered with that atrocities you are committing or have committed against God through that brother or sister? Let me be frank with you by saying that "you are fooling yourself, but not God."
I want you to study the books of 1st Kings chapter 21; 2nd Samuel chapter 11 and 12 very well to understand why God is talking to you this way today. Ahab and Jezebel thought they are fooling God by plotting against Naboth and his inheritance when they decided to eliminate him through their evil plot, but not knowing that they are fooling each other and not God. When Jezebel and Ahab thought they have gotten rid of Naboth in the secret, according to their evil plans, God found them out and revealed Himself to the two of them in verses 17 to 20 of 1st Kings 21 as follow: "17 Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite: 18 “Go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who rules in Samaria. He is now in Naboth’s vineyard, where he has gone to take possession of it. 19 Say to him, ‘This is what the Lord says: Have you not murdered a man and seized his property?’ Then say to him, ‘This is what the Lord says: In the place where dogs licked up Naboth’s blood, dogs will lick up your blood—yes, yours!’” 20 Ahab said to Elijah, “So you have found me, my enemy!” “I have found you,” he answered, “because you have sold yourself to do evil in the eyes of the Lord."
Listen to what Ahab said in the above underlined word as thus: "Ahab said to Elijah, “So you have found me, my enemy!” “I have found you,” he answered, “because you have sold yourself to do evil in the eyes of the Lord."
Whenever you sold yourself to do wickedly in the secret note that "you are only fooling yourself but, not God" as Ahab and Jezebel did and was discovered and revealed. The evil you plot against that person will soon be uncovered in a way you won't be able to explain as it happened to Ahab. You can't continue to fool yourself and be thinking you are fooling God through that evil ways, thoughts, actions, and deeds of yours; you will soon be discovered and revealed.
In the case of King David, he thought he was so clever even than God while he was plotting Uriah in so many different ways to cover up his evil acts, but not knowing that he was only fooling himself in the process as written in verses 1 to 7 of 2nd Samuel chapter 12 thus: "The Lord sent Nathan to David. When he came to him, he said, “There were two men in a certain town, one rich and the other poor.2 The rich man had a very large number of sheep and cattle, 3 but the poor man had nothing except one little ewe lamb he had bought. He raised it, and it grew up with him and his children. It shared his food, drank from his cup and even slept in his arms. It was like a daughter to him. 4 “Now a traveler came to the rich man, but the rich man refrained from taking one of his own sheep or cattle to prepare a meal for the traveler who had come to him. Instead, he took the ewe lamb that belonged to the poor man and prepared it for the one who had come to him.” 5 David burned with anger against the man and said to Nathan, “As surely as the Lord lives, the man who did this must die! 6 He must pay for that lamb four times over, because he did such a thing and had no pity.” 7 Then Nathan said to David, “You are the man! ..."
Notice also the underlined words in the above quoted passages, you'll come to the understanding of what St. Luke 8 v. 17 is saying clearly about you being a fool when you thought you are making God a fool through your evil thoughts, words, actions and deeds. King David even tried everything possible to conceal his evil deed to the extent of getting Uriah killed after taking his wife by virtues of his position, went ahead sleeping with her, and then put her in the family way; and by so doing, thinking that he was fooling God but, not knowing he was fooling himself.
Note that whatsoever you are doing contrarily to the will of God only makes you a fool and not God. Whatsoever evil you are doing to deny others what will glorify God through them because of your own selfish reason or reasons is or are only making you a fool, and not God. Denying others joy, fulfillment, success, greatness, prosperity, and all other things that could make them glorify God in their lives when you know they are entitled to such is only symbolizing how foolish you are but, not God.
Listen to this following Bible references:
Proverbs 26 v. 26 says, "Though his hatred covers itself with guile, His wickedness will be revealed before the assembly."
Matthew 10 v. 26 says, "So do not be afraid of them. For nothing is concealed that will not be uncovered, or hidden that will not be made known."
Ecclesiastes 12 v. 14 says, "For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil."
Now, ask yourself this simple question as follow: "Whom do I think I am fooling for doing evil against that person?" "Whom do I think I am fooling for denying that person success, promotion, progress or a fulfilled destiny?" "Whom do I think I am fooling by lying against that person to get rid of him or her for you to have your ways?"
Before going into a new month that is right before you, think about this, and make amend where necessary as Ahab did in verses 17 to 19 of 1st Kings 21 as follow: "27 When Ahab heard these words, he tore his clothes, put on sackcloth and fasted. He lay in sackcloth and went around meekly. 28 Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite: 29 “Have you noticed how Ahab has humbled himself before me? Because he has humbled himself, I will not bring this disaster in his day, but I will bring it on his house in the days of his son.”
Also take a queue from David as written in verses 13 and 14 as follow: "13 Then David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord.” Nathan replied, “The Lord has taken away your sin. You are not going to die. 14 But because by doing this you have shown utter contempt for[a]the Lord, the son born to you will die.”
Repent and change your attitude of thinking that you are fooling God in all your dealings both in the secret and in the open. Stop fooling yourself before God makes a fool of you!
Wish you all the best in this coming NEW MONTH.

I owe God.
How much do you worth? It doesn't matter your belief, let's do a little mathematics here to know how much you worth, how much your being alive worth, and how much you are owing God to date (if any).
Use this formula to answer the below questions: 60 seconds = 1 min; 60 mins = 1 hr; 24 hrs = 1 day; 7 days = 1 week; 4 weeks = 1 month; 12 months = 1 year.
The questions (Attempt all).
- The average adult at rest inhales and exhales something like 7 or 8 liters (about one-fourth of a cubic foot) of air per minute. That totals something like 11,000 liters of air (388 cubic feet) in a day. The air that is inhaled is about 20-percent oxygen, and the air that is exhaled is about 15-percent oxygen, so about 5-percent of the volume of air is consumed in each breath and converted to carbon dioxide. Therefore, a human being uses about 550 liters of pure oxygen (19 cubic feet) per day.
Now, If oxygen, lest say, cost you at least $200 per hour (per session), how much will it cost you to inhale and exhale oxygen
(a) per minute;
(b) per hour;
(c) per day;
(d) per month; and
(e) per year?
(Data information courtesy: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-price-of-100-medical-oxygen-per-1-hour-of-hyperbaric-treatment-in-Europe-or-the-USA) - The Bible say in 1 Samuel 20 v. 3 as follow: "And David sware moreover, and said, Thy father certainly knoweth that I have found grace in thine eyes; and he saith, Let not Jonathan know this, lest he be grieved: but truly as the LORD liveth, and as thy soul liveth, there is but a step between me and death." (KJV)Now, the average person walks between 3,000 and 4,000 steps a day and lest say, it cost you an average of $15 per step, calculate
(a) how many steps you take per minute;
(b) how many steps you take per hour;
(c) how many steps you take per day;
(d) how many steps you take per month; and
(e) how many steps you take per year?
(Data information courtesy: http://gadgetsandwearables.com/2017/07/26/walk-to-lose-weight/) - Based on your answers in Nos. (1) and (2) above, calculate
(a) Your total expenses per second;
(b) Your total expenses per minute;
(c) Your total expense per hour;
(d) Your total expenses per day;
(e) Your total expenses per month; and
(f) Your total expenses per year to date - Based on your answer in No. (3) above, calculate
(a) Your total worth minus your total expenses to date; and
(b) How much do you think you are owing God to date? - If your answers in Nos. (1) to (4) says "you are owing God", then sing in appreciation of this unequal Almighty God who has never billed you to pay for living to date this song:
"Now thank we all our God, with heart and hands and voices,
Who wondrous things has done, in Whom this world rejoices;
Who from our mothers’ arms has blessed us on our way
With countless gifts of love, and still is ours today.
Oh, may this bounteous God through all our life be near us,
With ever joyful hearts and blessed peace to cheer us;
And keep us in His grace, and guide us when perplexed;
And guard us through all ills in this world, till the next!
All praise and thanks to God the Father now be given,
The Son, and Him Who reigns with Them in highest Heaven—
The one eternal God, Whom earth and Heav’n adore;
For thus it was, is now, and shall be evermore."
God bless you.(Please share with others if it makes sense).

God may be proud of you!
I have come to the understanding of God the more in any
situation or circumstance you may find yourself that; GOD MAY BE PROUD OF YOU.
I know you are surprise! How would God be proud of me when
am going through a situation that's not my making? The following was a question
posed to me through my twitter account: Got anything on losing faith bc of trauma imposed on a
person for no godly reason?
My answer was yes, I do. Your trauma
is not to make you lose faith but, may be that "God is proud of you"
before Satan and his kingdom of darkness.
One thing most of us tend to forget in time of our trauma is that we tend to look for a way to justify ourselves without asking "what is it that God wanted to achieve through what I am going through?" Let's briefly take a journey through the life of Job to understand it better.
In Job 1 vs. 1 to 12 as thus: "In the land of Uz there lived a
man whose name was Job. This man was blameless and upright; he
feared God and shunned evil. 2 He had seven sons and three
daughters, 3 and he owned seven thousand sheep, three
thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen and five hundred donkeys, and
had a large number of servants. He was the greatest man among all the
people of the East. 4 His sons used to hold feasts in their
homes on their birthdays, and they would invite their three sisters to eat and
drink with them. 5 When a period of feasting
had run its course, Job would make arrangements for them to be
purified. Early in the morning he would sacrifice a burnt
offering for each of them, thinking, “Perhaps my children have
sinned and cursed God in their hearts.” This was Job’s regular
custom. 6 One
day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with
them. 7 The Lord said to Satan, “Where have
you come from?” Satan answered the Lord,
“From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.” 8 Then the Lord said
to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like
him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns
evil.” 9 “Does
Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied. 10 “Have you not put a
hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have
blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread
throughout the land. 11 But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and
he will surely curse you to your face.” 12 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything
he has is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.” Then Satan went out from the presence of
the Lord." (NIV)
Before going further on the above
passages, let me take you on a little journey that you are familiar with. As a
father, having many children, when any of these children is performing
brilliantly by bringing honour to you on a daily basis, how do you feel? Will
you be proud or be ashamed? To be realistic, as a father, you will be proud of
such child and blow his or her trumpet to the sky without minding whose horse
is gouged.
God was so proud of Job, and He wanted to prove to Satan that no matter the situation that may come up against Job as a result of this, he won’t disappoint Him. Satan gave reason as to what make Job to be upright, and was of the opinion that if all those things were removed from Job, he would deny God. God had a contrary opinion about Satan’s excuse for Job’s integrity and love towards him; He gave Satan the go-ahead to test Job’s faith, loyalty, and uprightness and so on.
In Job 1 vs. 13 to 19, you’ll see the
account of how Satan dealt with Job; and I don’t think your situation has
reached that level yet. It was written as follow: “ One day when Job’s sons and
daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother’s
house, 14 a
messenger came to Job and said, “The oxen were plowing and the donkeys were
grazing nearby, 15 and
the Sabeans attacked and made off with them. They put the servants to the
sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!” 16 While
he was still speaking, another messenger came and said, “The fire of God fell
from the heavens and burned up the sheep and the servants, and I am
the only one who has escaped to tell you!” 17 While he
was still speaking, another messenger came and said, “The Chaldeans formed
three raiding parties and swept down on your camels and made off with them.
They put the servants to the sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to
tell you!” 18 While he was still speaking, yet another
messenger came and said, “Your sons and daughters were feasting and
drinking wine at the oldest brother’s house, 19 when
suddenly a mighty wind swept in from the desert and struck the four corners
of the house. It collapsed on them and they are dead, and I am the only
one who has escaped to tell you!” (NIV)
What befell Job was more than a trauma if there’s any other
adjective one can use to qualify it. What has befallen you cannot be compared
to what Job had gone through. Losing everything you have worked for in life
together with your lovely family in a day is more than a trauma anyone can
bear. One amazing thing about Job’s faith and loyalty in God was in verse 20 to
22 of Job chapter 1 as thus: “At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his
head. Then he fell to the ground in worship 21 and
said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave
and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.” In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with
wrongdoing.”(NIV)
When Job got all the evil report, though
he was highly devastated but, along the line he did one amazing thing: “he
fell to the ground and worship God.” Men! That
was a BIG BLOW on Satan. Going forward, at the time of meeting with God again,
God asked Job what was his thought about Job in Job 2 vs. 1 to 10 as follow: “On another day the angel came
to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them to
present himself before him.2 And the Lord said to Satan, “Where
have you come from?” Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the
earth, going back and forth on it.” 3 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no
one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and
shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity, though you incited me
against him to ruin him without any reason.” 4 “Skin
for skin!” Satan replied. “A man will give all he has for his own life. 5 But now stretch out your hand and
strike his flesh and bones, and he will surely curse you to your face.”
6 The Lord said
to Satan, “Very well, then, he is in your hands; but you must spare his
life.” 7 So Satan went out from the presence of
the Lord and afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his
feet to the crown of his head. 8 Then Job took a piece of broken pottery and
scraped himself with it as he sat among the ashes. 9 His
wife said to him, “Are you still maintaining your integrity? Curse God and
die!” 10 He replied, “You are talking like a
foolish[b] woman.
Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?” In all this, Job did
not sin in what he said.” (NIV)
Though it was not an easy trauma for Job to borne yet, his
faith, integrity and loyalty in God was incomparable in such a trauma. Satan
was so bent in destroying Job’s integrity, faith and loyalty in God; while Job
was so adamant and also ready to put the devil to an everlasting shame through
his trauma.
Take a deeper look and understanding into verse 4 and 5 of
the above quoted passages, and you’ll see how mean Satan was to get Job failed
before God; then you’ll come to understand that what you are also going through
may be as a result of GOD being PROUD of YOU. The question now is “what will
you do to justify God’s trust and pride in you?”
In Job 3 vs. 24 to 26, Job says, “For sighing has
become my daily food; my groans pour out like water. 25 What
I feared has come upon me; what I dreaded has happened to me. 26 I
have no peace, no quietness; I have no rest, but only turmoil.” (NIV)
What majority of us who
are called Christians fears most are the areas Satan is using to get at us to
deny God and our loyalty to Him. Whereas, Jesus Christ had pre-warned us in
John 16 vs. 20 as follow: “Very
truly I tell you, you will weep and mourn while the world rejoices. You
will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.” (NIV)
Who are the one to weep, mourn, grief, and
so on? You, who have decided to obey the commandments of God and testify Jesus
Christ. This was written for us all in Revelation 12 v. 17 as follow: “Then the dragon was enraged at the woman
and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep
God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.”(NIV)
So, for you to go through that trauma (if you are a true child of God), it
means you must be:
·
One
of the people who keep God’s commands;
·
One
of the people who hold fast their testimony about Jesus; and
·
A
true child, God is highly PROUD about.
If that happens, then, our Father, which
art in heaven will not stop at nothing to be proud about us before Satan; the
same way He did with our Lord Jesus Christ when he was on the mission to save
our souls and reconcile us back to God. Read the account in Mark 15 vs. 1 to 39
while I will only lay emphasis on vs. 33 and 34 here as follow: “At noon, darkness came
over the whole land until three in the afternoon. 34 And at three in the afternoon Jesus
cried out in a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema
sabachthani?” (which means “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”) (NIV)
Jesus crying as quoted above doesn’t mean
that God didn’t see Jesus going through such a trauma nor does it mean God
cannot avert it or save Jesus from going through the trauma, but because God
was so proud of Jesus, He allowed Jesus to go through the trauma in order to finish
the work of salvation successfully. God may be taking you to a lofty height of
glory and honour; and that may be the reason for allowing you to go through
such trauma, keep your integrity, faith and loyalty high in God. It is only you
who have to prove God right while at the same time prove Satan wrong about your
faith, loyalty and integrity during and in such situation as Job rightly said in
Job 13 v. 15 thus: “Though
he slay me, yet will I hope in him; I will surely defend my ways to his face.”
(NIV)
Job’s above statement was
a statement of truth when he came to the understanding of why he was going
through such a trauma and “God was so proud of him.” Your situation may be the
same, don’t lose your integrity, faith and hope; you’ll get over it as Job did and
at the end GOD will be more PROUD of YOU.

Failure and Success are not equal.
FAILURE & SUCCESS has "7" letters. Mathematically, FAILURE = 72 while, SUCCESS = 89. So, FAILURE & SUCCESS are not equal. When Proverbs 14 v. 16 says, "For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again..." it means, you can't stop at nothing to achieve success. You may be fallen all the way, you'll, one day rise. You may be rejected severally, but one day, you'll be accepted if and when you keep your focus right.
Your first time of fallen equals to F in failure whilst, your first time of rising equals to S in success; so each alphabets of the word "FAILURE" is overwritten by each alphabets of the word "SUCCESS" and at the end, you'll find out that FAILURE and SUCCESS are not equal. You have nothing to worry about when you are not yet there but, you have everything to work for in order to get there. It is only when you get there that you can measure up if your FAILURE equals your SUCCESS.
Don't stop if you fail to make any impact for now, keep on trying without losing focus until you are able to overwrite each steps of failure with a positive steps and mind of success in view. A thousand miles journey reduces with each step you take. The moment you set your eyes on success refuse to look failure in the eye. Remember the above Bible passage, as much as you have a just objective, you'll get it fulfilled one day if and when you don't succumb to the stumbling block on your way.
Joseph, the dreamer, as he was fondly called, saw success written all over him but, his brothers, saw failure all over him. Genesis 37 vs. 5-11 says, "And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more. 6And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed: 7For, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf. 8And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words. 9And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me. 10And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth? 11And his brethren envied him; but his father observed the saying."
Envy and hatred is part of failure strategies to deny you success, don't give in to them. Conspiracy is another weapon of failure, don't waive. Persecution is another strategy failure may adopt to lure you away from the path of success, don't give in. Rejection is another powerful tool of failure to kill your dream of success, don't succumb. Delay is a master tool of failure to keep your eyes away from success, refuse to be moved.
While Joseph thought he had overcame failure in the house of Potiphar, seduction was deployed as a failure machinery to attract him away from success, but he mocked it. Failure doesn't give up on anyone; only you will have to match it up letter for letter, strength for strength until your success overruled it.
When failure saw that it could not seduced Joseph to forgo his success dream, it deployed incarceration and frustration to hold him bound, yet Joseph refused to surrender because he knew his success would overwrite his failure one day (Genesis 39 & 40). It is when you refuse to rise after falling that you can give failure the opportunity to tame success in your life.
On the very day Joseph got the supernatural backing to knock down failure, it was so glaring that FAILURE and SUCCESS are no match at all. Genesis 41 vs. 9-13 says, "Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day: 10Pharaoh was wroth with his servants, and put me in ward in the captain of the guard's house, both me and the chief baker: 11And we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each man according to the interpretation of his dream. 12And there wasthere with us a young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard; and we told him, and he interpreted to us our dreams; to each man according to his dream he did interpret. 13And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored unto mine office, and him he hanged."
Joseph believed in his success dream though it cost him some falling and knocking down, he didn't look at the bruises but, keep on looking at the date he would mock failure which eventually comes. Even, on the dawn of your success, failure will still try to confront you with doubt and fear to see if it can finally laid to rest your chances of becoming successful; but not with Joseph. Genesis 41 vs. 14-36 says, "Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved himself, and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh. 15And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a dream to interpret it. 16And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace. 17And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood upon the bank of the river: 18And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow: 19And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness: 20And the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine: 21And when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they were still ill favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke. 22And I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up in one stalk, full and good: 23And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them: 24And the thin ears devoured the seven good ears: and I told this unto the magicians; but there was none that could declare it to me. 25And Joseph said unto Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one: God hath shewed Pharaoh what he is about to do.26The seven good kine are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven years: the dream is one. 27And the seven thin and ill favoured kine that came up after them are seven years; and the seven empty ears blasted with the east wind shall be seven years of famine. 28This is the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh: What God is about to do he sheweth unto Pharaoh. 29Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt:30And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land; 31And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous. 32And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh twice; it is because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass. 33Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt. 34Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years. 35And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.36And that food shall be for store to the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine."
When you check the last letter of failure which is E equivalent to 5 and that of success which is S equivalent to 19 in alphabetical order, you will see that failure is not a match to success. Genesis 41 vs. 37-45 says, "And the thing was good in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of all his servants. 38And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?39And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art: 40Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou. 41And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt.42And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph's hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck; 43And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried before him, Bow the knee: and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt. 44And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I am Pharaoh, and without thee shall no man lift up his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt. 45And Pharaoh called Joseph's name Zaphnathpaaneah; and he gave him to wife Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On. And Joseph went out over all the land of Egypt."
When you compare how failure threatened Joseph since the age of 17 years till success took over from the age of 30 years, you will also notice that 13 years of FAILURE in the life of Joseph cannot equal the 80 years of SUCCESS of Joseph in anyway.
The path of failure you are trekking now has an expiry date only if you can endure, be determined, focus, and be prepared to knock out failure at every point of your encounter with it on your journey to success like Joseph did. Your story and mine story will also end well to be able to say indeed that FAILURE and SUCCESS are not equal.
Let's do a little exercise here. How many failure strategies were mentioned in this post?
STAY BLESSED and be on the WINNING SIDE.
